But that was almost thirty years ago, and the coach vanished and is presumed dead—but only presumed. His body was never found. That’s a lot on Mallory’s plate, but fortunately he has the help of his wife, who is also his secretary, and their daughter whose goal is to be the city’s first female homicide detective.
