The judge presiding over the Seventh Juridical district is a litigious and contentious horned owl. He insists upon bringing full charges in warthog court against the delinquents. Thus, the quest is jeopardized. The entire entourage must now proceed, prisoners in tow, to the infamous Hawg City, where they become entangled in a legal system of a highly materialistic society with a unique system of ethics.
