A person being arrested, and not intending to go to White cross-street, can only remove to that one of the other debtors' prisons, - the King's Bench or the Fleet, - in whose court the action against him is laid: so that if the writ be in the Exchequer or Common Pleas, he goes to the Fleet; if the King's Bench, to Banco Regis.
