At 10.30 a.m. the opening session was called to order at the Museum of Fine Arts, President Frederick J. V. Skiff presiding. The Chair introduced Dr. Arthur Fairbanks, director of the Museum of Fine Arts, who extended a cordial welcome and described the general plan of the new building of the Museum. After a brief response by Dr. Skiff the roll was called by Secretary Paul M. Rea and the following is a list of the members present, with the institutions represented by them.
