This does exactly what a book needs to do, but in its own way. Since I don't believe in rules for books. A book shouldn't be like something. A book can be like anything. This book is about me because I'm who I know best. This sounds like me. I fetishize writers who write about themselves and depict their realities from dimensions of what's called art. Originally I wanted to make it feel like a kid's book. It'd need more photos and texture. I retained large print. Big and easy. While wondering: is the crazy cooking within me, I should check what's in my oven. From the perspective of movies, this book can read like watching a movie montage from the 1930s. A word symphony. Most often I refer to my mother as Mother because Norman Bates in Psycho. In the future I might wish there to have been prominent, elegant descriptions of fields, there are "could've mentioned" components that spring to mind and ones that don't, some things should've been idyllic, etc. When I want this to be something else it'll still be what it is, like life, like me.
