The Attorney reports, that he has paid over, to the Treasurer of the Commonwealth, thirteen hundred and forty-four T6511, dol lars, collected from the penalties of recognizances, and that, the Sheriff of Suffolk has paid to the County Treasurer, in 1848, fourteen thousand six hundred and thirty-three fin; dollars for fines and costs received by him in the Municipal Court of the City of Boston.
