Das PIMODE wird in diesem Sammelband erstmalig anhand von theorie- und forschungsbetonten Beiträgen vorgestellt und kontextualisiert. Ergänzend dazu beinhaltet der vorliegende Band praxisbetonte Beiträge, welche verdeutlichen, wie das PIMODE in der Hochschuldidaktik sowie in der Schulpraxis implementiert werden kann. With this overarching goal in mind, between April 2021 and February 2024, various departments and disciplines at the University of Potsdam collaborated with teachers, training coaches and student teachers on the design of a cross-disciplinary inclusive teaching model. This iterative process resulted in the Potsdam Inclusive Teaching Model (PIMODE), which combines multifaceted aspects of inclusive teaching on the basis of a common definition of the term inclusion and can be used by student teachers as well as trained to prepare for internships and for their future professional activities. In this edited volume, PIMODE is presented and contextualized for the first time on the basis of theoretical and research-oriented contributions.
