Description:A school-trip ends up at a strange destination. Humans get transformed into fantastic characters but instead of enjoying Magic, the deeply-seated vices burst forward. The Hero manages to take over the moraly-crippled Camp but only by limiting their freedom of choice. It seem to be working - neighboring Worlds aren't sending the new Monsters... YET. The Overseer World seems impressed but they'll want to stir things up eventually. Things being calm and pleasant are boring for the Spectators. They demand Action and Monster Scenes and Mysterious events and possibly Love and maybe Betrayal. The hero read, that infinite rule even by the well-intended leaders doesn't end well. He knows he's doing a great job and people are happily working together but he fears that Strong Leaders have turned into Tyrants. Where is the Balance between being Caring and Restrictive? Does a System, based on the large number of participants, preventing Tyranny? After all, history knows of large groups of the Elite being horrible to the Commoners. Getting some Allies would be nice but how do you insure them staying loyal?
